  • Min. 3 years of management experience preferably in the feed-, veterinary-  animal production  or agro-industry;
  • Min. 3 years of leadership experience (preferred option);
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, executive selling skills and expertise, significant leadership and team building skills;
  • Act with Entrepreneurial drive: Excellent in taking ownership and showing persistence to achieve results and to exceed expectations with a high level of commitment;
  • Communicate effectively  with openness, clarity, organizational awareness and empathy to achieve the desired results;
  • Demonstration of customer focus: Act to deliver customer value while achieving profitable business results

  • Driving license and driving experience
